• Amol Deshpande: The Roman theme looks very classy, and the 10-acre land parcel is quite huge. I am happy with the clubhouse size, but I hope the Manjri road traffic improves by the time we get possession in 2029.
• Suhasini Kulkarni: I visited the site last week, and the sample flat is very beautiful. The construction quality seems solid for a new launch, but I hope they manage the visitor parking better than other projects in this area.
• Manoj Gaikwad: Roman Town offers great amenities for kids and the gym is well-planned.
• Priyanka More: The high-rise towers give a great view of the Pune East skyline. Everything looks good on paper.
• Rajesh Shinde: The project is IGBC certified, which is good for green living. The security and CCTV plans look tight.
