• Amol Deshmukh: The office layouts are very spacious, and the Vastu planning is a big plus for my firm. I am just a bit concerned about the traffic on the main Kharadi road during peak evening hours once the project is fully occupied.
• Sandeep Kulkarni: The glass facade and the 100m height look very premium.
• Vivek Joshi: I visited the site, and the construction quality of the RCC structure looks solid. The high-speed elevators are a great addition since there are 27 floors to cover.
• Aniket Pawar: The 360-degree views from the top floors are amazing. It is a good investment, though I feel the visitor parking area could have been slightly larger given the number of offices.
• Swapnil Shinde: Perfect location for a tech startup, as it is very close to EON Free Zone. The security and access control systems mentioned in the plan are exactly what corporate clients look for.
