• Ishita Ganguly: I was sure about F Residences Merlin because it gave a low-density feel, having only 13 storeys per tower makes it an exclusive one.
• Arindam Saha: The Fashion TV branding is not just a name. The amenities look promising. Living here will definitely be an upgrade in the lifestyle.
• Shreyash Dasgupta: The project is still under construction and while booking a 4 BHK for my family, the waiver of 2% on the stamp duty really made a huge difference. Cannot wait for the possession and shift in.
