• Ramana Iyer: The ample open spaces are an add on. The development is well-maintained and amenities are as promised.
• Ketaki: I travel to my office daily and see this project every day. It is right beside the circle. And the rates are reasonable. What I found to be useful is that they have good connections with banks that offer loans at reasonable interest rates.
• Nambiar Raju: One of the best apartments in Chennai. Beautiful view of the sea, and the community here is good as well. Buy here at the next phases that will be launched here, as those will have an unhindered view everywhere.
• Chettu: This project is in a good location with dense connectivity. The parking spaces are neat as well. All in all, this is a fantastic place for investment.
• Vedrupa: I am buying a home here, right near the circle. The water connection and electricity supply are reliable. I am saying this because these are the essential concerns elsewhere in the city.
