• Rohit Verma: The project feels premium with spacious layouts and strong brand backing from Godrej Properties. The design and open spaces are impressive, especially for luxury buyers.
• Kunal Kumar: The infrastructure of Godrej Majesty is what stands out the most. The presence of 24x7 security surveillance and EV charging stations makes it even more attractive to me. Hope there are no pollution-related issues in this region of Greater Noida.
• Neha Singh: The location is a major win for me because of its proximity to the FNG Expressway. With major education institutions Shri Ram Global School and Sharda University nearby, great price appreciation can be achieved.
• Rahul Tripathi: It offers many good amenities like a swimming pool, gymnasium, clubhouse, and also an EV charging station, but I hope the maintenance cost will be feasible, as we are investing a huge amount. Anyways, it's a great investment option for the long term.
• Sakshi Shinde: It's a good RERA-registered property, which makes it a trustable investing option, and also the legacy of Godrej. They say it will be ready for occupancy by 2030. But it shouldn't have any delays. I hope it will not have any delays.
