• Vikram Mehra: The project strikes a perfect balance between high-tech luxury and prime location. Schools like Shri Ram and hospitals like Paras are right around the corner. Since it’s still in the construction stage, it’s a great opportunity for capital appreciation before the final handover.
• Sneha Kapoor: Sector 43 is already the most coveted part of Gurgaon, and this project fits perfectly into that growth story. The views of the skyline on one side and the internal greenery on the other give it a unique feel. The prices are high, but they are justified by the brand name and the sheer scale of amenities.
• Rajiv Trehan: The connectivity of Godrej Miraya is its strongest point. Being near the NH-48 and the airport makes travel smooth. That said, the premium price tag and expected maintenance reflect its status as a high-end HNI property, so it’s definitely an elite investment.
• Megha Gupta: I visited the site recently and was impressed by the massive room sizes; it’s rare to find 3 BHKs starting at 2,800 sq. ft. these days. The project focuses on grand, airy homes rather than cramped units. However, as it’s a new launch, investors should be prepared for the 2028–2031 possession timeline.
