• Hansika Samra: This is an excellent property. Ambiance is very unique and good in a way. Banks and clinics are barely 2kms away. There is no pollution issue. Lots of parking areas for vehicles and bikes. International cricket stadium, schools, hospitals are just 3kms away. Around 4 to 5 Engineering colleges are also closeby.
• Ishank Date: The project is in a good environment with fresh air. It is designed considering the growth of the children as well. Amenities here are so wonderful. They literally give the feel of luxurious stay. Grocery shops are within walking distance. Private cabs, autos and buses are available in good frequency.
