• Harshal Kumar: We are buying our first home and we just had a kid. The creche facility is the best for us as my wife and I are both working. We have made our booking.
• Pulkit Shinde: The station is about 2.5 km away, which is roughly a 10-minute auto ride. While the commute to Mumbai is long, the upcoming Karjat-Panvel rail link and the new freeway are going to be game-changers. Currently, it’s best for those working in the Ambernath-Badlapur-Kalyan belt.
• Kavya Palekar: I moved here for peace. It’s away from the station crowd and noise. Society maintenance is decent, though we sometimes face water pressure issues for a few minutes on the higher floors, which the team usually fixes quickly. The nearby D-Mart and Reliance Digital have made weekend shopping much easier.
• Rajan Apte: I bought a 2 BHK in Phase 3. The price appreciation has been steady. Since it's a Godrej property, the resale value and rental demand are higher than other buildings in Joveli Gaon. It’s a safe bet for your money.
• Kailash Patil: After living in a cramped part of Mumbai, Godrej Vihaa feels spacious. The township is massive compared to local projects. We live in the 18-storey tower, and the cross-ventilation is amazing.
