• Deep Bapat: It’s located near the sea. Plus, Mokai Cafe is a few minutes away, which means I can do my freelance gig there. The overall area is posh. I am eagerly waiting for it to complete.
• Ritesh Gaitonde: The sample flat is amazing. With the Sea Link just a km away and the constant demand for luxury rentals in this area, I expect a generous investment return by the possession date.
• Palak Apte: I’m in love with the sample layout. Most Mumbai flats stare right into the neighbour's kitchen, but here, it provides actual privacy and open views. Having so many amenities on the list, including a pet park and star-gazing deck, makes it perfect for my family.
• Jay Desai: The architecture looks great on paper. 7 levels of podium parking will definitely save my time. But let’s be real, the traffic on General Arunkumar Vaidya Marg is already a nightmare. But internal roads are there, which is a relief.
• Aman Pande: An incredible example of low-density luxury. It allows for generous carpet areas, which are rare in Bandra, where the area is filled with small, compact homes. Plus, all the great cafes, the bandstand and beaches are nearby.
