• Sagar Patil: We were looking for a 2 BHK in a gated community, and Kaamdhenu Luxuria fit our requirements well. The flat is spacious enough for a family, and the modular kitchen with chimney and hob was a good addition. The building has 2 lifts, so there is no waiting around during peak hours. Most importantly, the area around Dronagiri is calm and green, which was the main reason we chose this over other options closer to the city.
• Dhiraj Kanade: I moved in here 2 months ago, and if I talk about my apartment, it is cosy and a perfect space for small families. We get our own space, as sometimes I have to work from home. Also, the amenities are pretty decent, and the area around looks good.
• Chiraj Pandit: I actually purchased this apartment for investment purposes, as in the future, the area seems to give a good price appreciation value.
• Gargi Shetye: My husband works nearby in Panvel, and daily travel from here is very convenient, which is one of the reasons we made the decision to shift here. The overall design and interiors look perfect. Great project for families.
