• Kalyani Sagar: Nice project in the prime location of Dadar. Every apartment has VRV air conditioning and offers other great amenities.
• Dhiraj Sharma: The project is in a prime location. It also has great amenities for all age groups, and D-Mart is just a few minutes away.
• Nikhil Sawant: Having Dadar's food culture right outside the gate and premium dining options inside the building itself is something I did not know I needed until I actually had it. A lazy Sunday brunch inside the complex or a quick walk to Dadar market for fresh flowers and vegetables — everything just works. The maintenance charges are on the higher side, no point pretending otherwise. But when you look at what you actually get for it, the math makes sense.
• Swati Patil: We moved here with two kids and the first thing they fell in love with was the play area. Security is layered and thorough, which gives real peace of mind as a parent. The school they attend is under 2 km away, which makes mornings much less chaotic than before. The only thing we genuinely wish was different is having a bit more open green space inside the complex. A small lawn for evening walks would have made it perfect.
• Gaurav Mehta: The French windows and VRV air conditioning are two things I seriously underestimated before moving in. Natural light fills every corner of the apartment through the day and the AC keeps things comfortable without making the house feel like a storage unit. The deck off our living room faces the city and that is where we sit with our morning chai every day now. Genuinely hard to find something to complain about.
