• Atharva Singh: I really like the amenities planned at Westview Reserve. There are more than 20 amenities. This includes a swimming pool, gym, badminton court, squash court, tennis court, walking track and yoga deck. So there is something for every age group. I also liked the nature spaces like the Butterfly Garden, Hammock Garden and Meditation Garden. These are a nice touch.
• Akhilesh Bapat: The project is still under construction. So I would rather judge the final finish after possession. But the specifications look good on paper. The project uses RCC framed Aluform shuttering, AAC block walls, vitrified flooring, and branded (or equal) electrical fittings. Plumbing is concealed too. There are also plans for biometric locks, automatic elevators and CCTV in common areas.
• Rahul Vaidya: The location in New Wakad looks good for daily life. The brochure shows easy access to schools, hospitals, shops and restaurants. Big work hubs like Hinjawadi IT Park and Wipro are also nearby. The Mumbai-Bengaluru Highway and Pune-Mumbai Expressway add to the connectivity too.
• Riya Ahuja: Westview Reserve has a nice mix of green spaces, lifestyle amenities and sports facilities. This makes the whole project quite appealing.
• Siddhesh Gaikar: The New Wakad location and planned amenities make this a good option to consider. It's especially good for people working near Hinjawadi-Wakad.
