• Meera Waghmare: Spacious 3 and 4 BHK layouts look promising, and the plans show good amenities; I'm waiting for the final finishing to judge it completely.
• Rohan Jadhav: The project has a strong location in Kothrud, with schools and malls nearby, though it is still mid-construction, so the surroundings feel active.
• Deshpande Gaurav: My family and myself visited the project, and the structure feels solid with wide deck spaces and good ventilation in the sample layouts. The neighbourhood is also well connected to Karve Road and Paud Road and has hospitals and a metro within reach. There’s still dust and construction noise around, which will not be there once possession is taken.
• Anika Malhotra: Magnificent apartments and an art-deco facade concept give the project a premium feel. This differs the project from other projects in Pune; it’s very impressive. Being under construction, the site is busy, and it is hard to picture the final greenery around yet; the overall planning is very thoughtful.
• Saurabh Rao: The project is offering a range of luxury amenities and features, like a cafe-library space, a landscaped garden and also an area for senior citizens, which is very appealing to families. Metro and motorway connectivity is very seamless. Because it's an early stage, the parking space and road access near the site feel temporary and unstructured at present.
