• Pranav Shah: This is a new launch but after visiting I can say the construction is well in progress. Their floor plans are so mindful and believable that the flats get good lighting and ventilation. The amenities were explained to me properly, and compared to the other launches
• Kunal Chedda: My wife and I wanted a Jodi flat, and they are offering those. After seeing the sample flat, we are confident.
• Aashna Gala: For us, the decision was more about the neighbourhood, and this location works for both of our offices. My brother and I have been looking for a house for 7 months, but now we have finalised this one.
• Tanvi Bheda: More than the building area, there will be green open space which is so rare to find in any property in Mumbai. I work from home, so I need a calm environment. There is a gym planned within this project, so that’s a plus for my husband and me.
• Namita Patil: The rental demand is very good in this area, so it’s a safer option investment wise. I visited a few other projects as well, but in this range this one has the best return and rental potential.
