• Lakshya Kaul: Nicely planned project. The brochure provides good information about this 35-floor development and its amenities, as well as its great connectivity.

• Prabhu Karailal: I've been living in Mahim West for past 6 years so I know the reality on ground. Every summer there are water supply cuts so have to take water from BMC tankers. It's genuinely stressful during peak summer months. Apart from this water issue the location is fantastic - schools, hospitals, malls, beaches everything nearby. Just wanted to mention this honestly because it's real. Otherwise Prescon Midtown Bay looks like decent project for the pricing.
• Sakshi Kupte: The Mahim area traffic during peak hours is absolutely terrible especially near Mahim causeway, it is almost complete standstill for 20-30 minutes daily. But honestly the overall location is too good to reject just for traffic. Western Express Highway is close, Bandra Worli Sea Link is close, it gives quick BKC access, Mahim Station is 1.5 km. My office is in Lower Parel so it's manageable.
• Dhananjay Todkar: The amenities here are really impressive for Mahim. They have rooftop jogging track, infinity pool, jacuzzi, yoga deck, business center, bar and lounge, BBQ lawn, banquet hall, library, gymnasium. My wife particularly loved the swimming pool and kids pool combination. The parking has proper EV charging stations. The amenities spread across ground, e-deck and terrace levels. Booked a 2BHK last week after visiting twice.
