• Mrunal Apte: Water collection is a big concern for me. In the rain it gets so hard to get anywhere and my last society had this problem. The drainage and sewage system here is planned properly, so I don’t think we will face that here.
• Kavya Krishna: The serenity of this locality is its biggest strength. It isn’t overcrowded, which allows for a peaceful living environment away from the city noise. The lush green spaces are well-managed, where my parents can go for walks safely.
• Raj Mhatre: The quality of construction and the smart use of space are exceptional. I was particularly struck by the well-planned layouts of the sample units and the massive open spaces that account for nearly 70% of the project.
• Rahul Shinde: I am truly impressed by the design of Provident Metroplex. The concept of bringing varieties of palm trees into a residential space is a game-changer, having a tropical-themed sanctuary right within the complex is amazing.
• Arjun Kadam: The connectivity at Metroplex is its biggest USP. Being located right on the road and with the upcoming Metro Line and the Multimodal Corridor nearby, my commute to Navi Mumbai and Thane will be transformed.
