• Samit Mehra: I already had one apartment in Regency Estate, and was looking for a second home for investment purposes. I didn’t have to think much, with many more amenities and a much more spacious area, it is a good place.
• Kamlesh Mhatre: The view of the Ulhas River is something else. Plus, the design is so good, the flat is always airy, even during summer. And everything you need is just a walk away. Great property.
