• Amol Deshpande: The floor plans are very well ventilated, and the hill views from the higher floors are amazing.
• Suhas Kulkarni: Construction speed is quite fast, and the sample flat's finishing is good. Also, they provide enough parking space.
• Prakash Joshi: The project is good, but the approach road needs better street lights. Overall, it is a decent investment in the Bhugaon area.
• Deepak Gokhale: The amenities are exactly like the brochure, and the gymnasium is well-equipped. Maintenance charges might be high later, but the lifestyle offered here is premium.
• Aditya Parab: Visited the Rohan Saroha project today with my friends in Bhugaon. We viewed the 3 BHK show flat, which really impressed us all. The salespeople also explained to us about the 40+ amenities in the project. The overall site visit experience was excellent.
