• Megha Iyer: What really sold me was the greenery. The Miyawaki forest concept makes the project feel calm and breathable. Actually, this part of Bangalore is all concrete and traffic, so having that patch of dense greenery right within the complex actually means something. My daughter has mild asthma, and I've become obsessive about air quality so this wasn't just about aesthetics for me. It genuinely feels like they've tried to create a breathing space, not just another building.
• Rohit Malhotra: The clubhouse genuinely surprised me. I've seen a lot of projects in North Bangalore, and most of them have the usual gym and swimming pool setup. But here, they've got a heated indoor pool, which is rare and proper squash courts, not just badminton conversions. I play squash twice a week, and until now I was driving to a sports club in Indiranagar. Having that within the complex changes things.
• Anirudh Kulkarni: The location is the biggest advantage for me. Being just behind Manyata Tech Park means my commute is barely 10 to 12 minutes, which is a huge relief after years of long travel. After spending nearly three years stuck in Outer Ring Road traffic from Whitefield, this feels like I've got my life back. I actually have time for a proper breakfast now, and I'm not completely drained by the time I get home. For anyone working at Manyata or even the Hebbal side, this kind of proximity is great!
• Sneha Rao: I liked the apartment layouts and the premium finishes. The wooden flooring and digital locks give the homes a very refined feel.
• Kunal Deshpande: From a pure investment lens, the numbers work. I've been tracking rental yields around Manyata for about 18 months now, and they've stayed consistently strong. With the metro extension planned and more companies expanding around Hebbal, I don't see that softening anytime soon. I'm buying this as a second property to rent out, and even conservatively, I'm expecting a good yield initially, with decent appreciation over the next 5–7 years. The location and infrastructure pipeline make it a safer option.
