• Deepak Tiwari: Thinking of buying a home here, as the ongoing construction is progressing rapidly and looks promising. The brochure shows all the flats, and the planned amenities are also amazing.
• Urja Kelvalkar: A project with numerous amenities for all age groups in the prime location of Dadar, with Dadar Railway Station less than 15 minutes away. Would surely love to invest here.
• Abhiraj Pillai: The sea view from higher floors will look stunning. The layout seems spacious with good ventilation and natural light. The design of the flats gives a fresh and positive feel overall.
• Kunal Desai: The 12.6 feet ceiling height is great but the pricing at 4.5 crores onwards is really stretching our budget.
• Prerna Shah: Booked a 2BHK here after seeing the infinity pool. September 2026 possession date seems realistic.
