• Manohar J: The commuting distance from this location is very short. The new metro is just outside the project and is accessible in minutes. Very connected location.
• Abhijeet Singh: The connectivity is a major reason I shortlisted this project. Its proximity to the Madhavaram Bus Terminus and easy access to schools and hospitals make it very convenient on paper. The surrounding roads and street lighting also give the area a sense of safety.
• Rohit V: The project is still under construction, so buyers need to be patient. Site activity is ongoing and timelines may shift. Those looking for immediate possession may find this unsuitable at the moment.
• Adityanath Samuel: The lake-view concept really stood out for me. The planned high-rise towers overlooking Retteri Lake promise a calm living environment, which is rare in North Chennai. With the upcoming Metro and proposed IT developments nearby, the long-term appreciation looks promising.
