• Pranali Mhatre: For someone working in Mumbai or Thane, saving those extra 20 minutes of rickshaw travel every morning is worth the investment alone. Plus, the proximity to the Kalyan-Murbad Road is a huge plus for drivers.
• Santosh K: The extra-large 1 BHK and 2 BHK layouts here are thoughtfully designed to feel airy. Standing on the deck with a view of the 9.5-acre land parcel makes the apartment feel much larger than its actual carpet area.
