• Vanya Pandey: The project gives a lavish touch. What I like the most is the excellent security system, where I don’t have to worry about my kids, while allowing them to play downstairs.
• Shri Kulkarni: The location is great. Everything from malls to good restaurants and hospitals is nearby. I visited the project recently and just moved around the locality where I found that the Orchids The International School and Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital are just 5 to 10 minutes drive away.
• Rahul Roy: The size of the apartment is massive. It honestly feels more like a bungalow in the sky than a flat. Also, the sea-views from the top floor are truly worth buying this property.
• Jidynesh Rajadhyaksh: The building feels very premium and calm, not crowded at all. You don’t feel like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The peace is what matters to me and that’s the reason I chose buying property here. Usually the traffic at the nearest Western express highway will piss you off a little but once you step into the lobby the peaceful environment will invite you well.
• Jui Joshi: This is a really good option for people who want luxury without moving to South Mumbai. Versova is lively but still comfortable.
