• Rithvik Tyagi: The location of Sector 150 is a big advantage, especially with its proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. It offers excellent connectivity while still maintaining a peaceful and low-density environment. Being close to upcoming infrastructure and green zones makes it a strong choice for long-term living
• Ashish Pandey: ATS Kingston is NCR’s first health-inspired project, and it’s located in a lower AQI sector. They also have a yoga & meditation center.
• Himanshi Verma: The Health First Facilities of this property caught my attention, as it would be proper for my kids as well. Also, there are many good educational institutions nearby, like the Great Valley School and Gautam Buddha University.
• Lenish Kannan: It's a very well-structured project in NCR. They are RERA registered as well. I believe this project will have great price appreciation in the future.
