• Aviraj Gowda: We were looking for a 3 BHK flat in North Bangalore and found this project in Jakkur a perfect option. The location is peaceful and also well-connected to many main roads.
• Chinmay Joshi: For me the biggest plus is how close it is to the IT parks. So the daily office travel won’t feel hectic. Though it is still under construction, the amenities, like a clubhouse and a swimming pool inside the project, mean weekends are sorted.
• Sidhartha Murthy: I wanted a home where my kids have space to play safely. There are lots of sports courts, kids' play areas, and well-known International Schools nearby, making this project a smart choice for families.
• Abhijit Pujari: The connectivity is honestly impressive. Many main roads are well connected; there are also a lot of metro stations in place here. Everything feels within reach.
• Niten P: Healthcare was a major concern for me, and after knowing that there are many multispeciality hospitals nearby, I decided that I would book a flat here.
