• Rahul Kulkarni: The 24-floor height will offer amazing views of the Bavdhan greenery. Construction quality looks solid so far, though the approach road gets a bit crowded during peak office hours.
• Sandeep Deshmukh: Nice planning for the kids' play area and the infinity pool. I just hope the maintenance team keeps the herb garden as clean as shown in the brochure once we move in.
• Anjali More: The flat layout is very simple and utilizes every inch of the carpet area. The parking space is well-allotted, and the safety features like smoke detectors give me peace of mind.
• Amit Shinde: I booked a 3 BHK here because the location is very close to my office in Kapil Zenith IT Park. Everything is fine, but the water drainage system in this locality needs to be monitored by the builder.
