• Nitin Rajwade: The community offers a peaceful environment in Bavdhan. It is very close to the Mumbai-Bangalore Highway. The 3 BHK apartments are spacious and well-ventilated.
• Atul Kulkarni: The traffic near the highway exit gets quite heavy during peak hours, but since the 11-acre land parcel is so big, the actual towers are far back enough that the road noise doesn't really reach the homes.
• Vidyut Deshpande: Visited the site yesterday and the high-rise towers standing 35 storeys tall give a really premium feel to the Bavdhan skyline!
• Pooja Shinde: The 3BHK layout felt perfect for my family because the rooms weren't cramped like other Pune flats. We loved the hill views from the balcony, but the 2028 possession felt too far away.
• Shivaji Pawar: As someone who works in the Hinjewadi IT park, I needed a home that saves me travel time. This project, being right near the Pune-Bangalore Highway, is perfect for my daily commute. The Vanaz Metro station is also just 13 minutes away, which helps when I don't want to drive. The location is peaceful and far from the main city noise.
