• Anu Pillai: Gagan Micasaa has a good set of amenities and is also well-connected to major areas of Wagholi. I also believe that the rainwater harvesting system and water treatment plants are a great addition in case of water scarcity.
• Ketan More: I bought this as an investment because IT folks from Kharadi are always looking for rentals here. Since it’s ready to move in, I didn't have to wait for construction to finish to start seeing results.
• Neha Kulkarni: The 1 BHK layout is very smart because it doesn't feel tight or small at all. The security is good and the society is well-maintained, so you feel safe and comfortable living here.
