• Amit Deshmukh: I recently visited the site, and the 14-acre land parcel is quite massive. The urban forest theme and the mini golf course look promising on the layout, but I hope the developer maintains the same greenery as shown in the brochures once the project is finished.
• Snehal Kulkarni: The 3 BHK carpet area is very well-utilized with no wasted space. It is a good choice for families.
• Rahul Sharma: Location is great as it is near the highway.
• Priyanka More: They provide a wide range of amenities like the futsal court and squash court. The construction quality looks decent so far.
• Sandeep Jain: The two-level clubhouse is a big highlight for me. I hope the power backup for the lifts is as reliable as they promised during my visit.
