• Deep Kale: I’ve lived in Thane West my whole life, and GHP Aurum is exactly what this area needed. You get the charm of Kharkar Alley with the luxury of a modern high-rise. The 2 BHK layout is surprisingly spacious compared to other new projects nearby.
• Pavan H: The rooftop amenities and the gym are top-notch. It feels like a private oasis once you’re inside the gates. If you find Jambli Naka convenient, it’s a fantastic property.
• Gaurav Shinde: I invested here primarily because of the upcoming Metro Line 4 connectivity. GHP Group has a good track record in Thane, and the construction quality looks sturdy.
• Himesh Palekar: The building itself is beautiful, and the RERA paperwork is all clear, which gave me peace of mind. My only concern is the lack of open green space outside the project. You have to drive to Upvan or Central Park for a proper walk.
• Karan Pande: Most new projects in Thane are offering 'matchbox'-sized rooms. GHP Aurum stands out because their carpet area actually feels like a home where a family can breathe. The proximity to Sulochanadevi Singhania School was the deciding factor for us.
