• Muskan Roy: A good choice for investment in a prime location. The sample apartments were spacious, and the 35+ lifestyle amenities were also explained well by the salesperson and the brochure.
• Prashi Poojary: 7 levels of spacious planned parking with an upcoming 40-floor tower in the prime area of Bhandup, a great location to invest in.
• Akshay Kotian: This project is going to be 40 floors above, and the 7 floors of parking area are great planning.
• Abhishek Sonar: I'm a serious marathon runner and needed a home with proper running infrastructure. The landscaped gardens and jogging tracks across are perfect for my daily training. The upcoming Goregaon Mulund Link Road being 200m away gives me new running routes once it opens. The gym and fitness deck add to training options. The open spaces will have fresh air and green surroundings. Booked 2BHK focusing entirely on fitness amenities during site visit.
• Shanaya Parekh: I always wanted to buy my own place without depending on anyone and Nurture was the best fit.. The kids play area and swimming pool will keep my 6 year old daughter busy.
