Schools and colleges like Lexicon International School, Wadia College are in close proximity. Manipal Hospital is available nearby, so it is safe and convenient for family living.

• Kunal Chandekar: I am a morning person, and I go for a jog daily. When I visited this site, I saw that there is a jogging track available here, which I really liked, and I want to see how well it is designed and how expansive it is.
