• Manav Joshi: A very beautiful project spread across 54 acres of land, with good malls and colleges within easy reach.
• Jitesh Kukreja: Spacious project with 2 dedicated parking floors and 19 floors of construction. It is also in a prime location in Ghatkopar and offers many appreciable amenities.
• Ridhi Hawale: I spent almost eight months visiting different projects across Chembur, Vikhroli, and Ghatkopar before finalising this one. I am getting genuine open space, landscaped areas, and a full set of amenities at a price point that most comparable projects in this belt cannot offer.
• Jagruti Samel: Great project by Hubtown with proper infrastructure, though the December 2025 handover seems a bit optimistic given current progress.
