• Vivaan Patel: The entire project and all the flats here are well-designed. I am planning to book a flat and move here soon. The amenities are also really premium.
• Nikhil Rawat: The lake views would be stunning, and there is so much greenery around the project. It feels very peaceful and calm for a Mumbai home
• Uday Jha: I've been living in Powai area for past 8 years so know the ground reality well. Every summer especially April May June there are water supply issues and dependency on tankers increases. It gets stressful during peak summer months. Apart from this water cut issue the location is fantastic - IIT nearby, schools, hospitals, R City Mall, everything accessible. Just mentioning this honestly. Otherwise L&T looks like excellent project overall.
• Manan Pal: The Powai area traffic especially on JVLR during peak morning and evening hours is absolutely terrible. Complete still for 20-30 minutes sometimes. But honestly the overall location is too good, airport 10 minutes, Eastern and Western Express Highway nearby, Sakinaka Metro close by. We decided to book because long term connectivity benefits and project quality outweigh this one traffic problem during rush hours.
• Khyati Sengupta: The amenities here are really great - swimming pool with kids pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, squash court, badminton court, cricket pitch, futsal court, mini theatre, gym, yoga studio, meditation zone, skating area, indoor games room. The amenities are really good and unique. Booked a 3BHK last week after my second visit.
