• Rajesh Nair: Generally, L&T The Gateway is a quality project that is intended as a long-term residence. Its design, height, and views are unique among other developments in the area. It can also make it an extremely good residential address with the reputation of the builder and the further development of the area.
• Pooja Sharma: The future potential of the project is good due to future connectivity. But at the moment, the territory is still in its infancy and might not be quite settled. With time, this should be made easier to live in because infrastructure will be enhanced, and as such, living in an area like this will be easier and enjoyable.
• Neha Deshmukh: The facilities of this project are aimed at a comfortable life in the city. The clubhouse, fitness zones, and general areas are well designed.
