• Piyush Maru: The views are so beautiful and you get three different views from different sides. When we decided to buy a house in this area, we wanted a full lifestyle for my wife and I and our kids. They have more than 20 amenities, so we’re sorted.
• Priya Nair: We moved in about four months ago and honestly, the views were worth every rupee. Our 3 BHK faces the Upvan Lake side, and on clear mornings, you can see Yeoor Hills stretching out in the distance. The apartment gets great natural light and stays ventilated because it's open on three sides. It doesn't feel like a typical Thane building at all. Far quieter and more peaceful than we expected.
• Deepak Sharma: Having just two apartments per floor makes a real difference to daily life. Our floor has one neighbor, that's it. No crowded lifts, no noise from multiple families on the same level, no strangers outside your door. For someone who moved from a regular Thane building with eight flats per floor, this feels like a completely different standard. I didn't think it would matter this much, but it genuinely does.
• Kavitha Iyer: The 2-level clubhouse was what made us pick this project over others at a similar price in Thane. We use the pool on weekends and the kids have practically claimed the play area as their own. The gym is well-maintained and never overcrowded. It's not a luxury resort, but for a residential building, it covers everything you actually need without feeling like a showpiece that nobody uses.
• Ananya Gokhale: Pokhran Road 2 is genuinely convenient. Bethany Hospital is a short walk away, Viviana Mall is close, and the Eastern Express Highway is easily accessible. That said, during peak hours the stretch near the building can get congested, and if you're commuting to South Mumbai daily, it will take time. The upcoming metro should help, but right now connectivity is good for Thane though not without its traffic moments.
