• Rupa Telangi: Spacious project spread over a 1-acre land parcel with 43 floors. It also offers many amenities, including temperature-controlled swimming pools.
• Ishika Bansal: I'm doing my PhD at the Institute of Chemical Technology which is very close to Ruparel Iris. The Vastu compliant 2BHK gives good energy for research work. The sky observatory deck is perfect as I have a hobby in astronomy. Matunga Road station walking distance can connect me to anywhere in the city. Booked using research and glad with the decision.
• Aarush Vaidya: Only 27 units in the entire 40 floor tower means very few neighbors and amazing privacy which is rare in Mumbai.
• Aditi Kadu: Amenities have a sky observatory deck on the top floor, it is something I haven't seen in any other building and my kids are already excited about it.
• Dev Bhatia: I work at Hinduja Hospital which is very close to here. My patient sessions run till late evening sometimes. The video door phone gives security when returning home late alone. The gym and swimming pool are essential for me. The earthquake resistant structure will provide safety confidence. Only 27 units means the building is always clean and quiet. Booked last month using hospital staff loan scheme benefits.
