• Mihir Shinde: The curves of the existing construction plan don't just look good, they are functional, maximizing the views of the Arabian Sea. The grand heights give the homes a sense of 'volume' that you simply don’t find in older Bandra buildings. It will be a sculptural masterpiece on the hill.
• Payal Desai: I’ve lived in Bandra all my life, but the sunset from the sample flat here is something else. Because of the heritage zoning on Mount Mary, these view corridors are effectively permanent. You can see the Sea Link, the Pagoda, and the entire coastline.
• Pavan Jadhav: The infinity pool will be world-class. Swimming while looking out over the Bandstand coastline will be quite an experience. The 'Fitness Atelier' plan is well-equipped, though I hope the yoga deck would have a bit more shade during the afternoons. Still, for a boutique tower, the lifestyle amenities are top-tier.
• Tushar Rane: Mount Mary is a finite micro-market, they aren't making any more land here. I see this as a 'legacy asset'. With the Aqua Metro Line 3 now operational at Bandra Colony and BKC, the connectivity to South Mumbai and the airport has improved drastically.
• Rajiv Palekar: I was initially worried about a high-rise coming up near the Basilica, but Rustomjee has been quite sensitive to the neighbourhood's vibe. The white facade and greenery blend in well. My only complaint is the traffic on Mount Mary Road during the Bandra Fair in September.
