• Kartik Singh: I was looking for a home near Jain Derasar. My parents are retired and wanted to live in the area so they can enjoy the spiritual gatherings on a regular basis. This project is just 2 minutes away from the project and definitely the best reason to buy a home here.
• Akruti Wagh: The 55-acre expanse is a rare find in Mumbai. We especially love the mini-theatre and the clubhouse. The views of the forest from the sample flats are absolutely breathtaking and offer a much-needed escape.
• Vinay Bapat: The Western Express Highway will make my drive to BKC much smoother than before. The Akurli Metro station is also nearby, which will be a lifesaver during peak traffic hours. My only concern is that the roads can get a bit congested during school hours.
• Sahil Apte: Safety and space were my priorities, and Shapoorji Pallonji Kandivali delivered. The concept works, everything from a general store to medical shops is within the gates. My kids will love the dedicated play zones.
• Varun Kalekar: The construction quality is solid, and the lobby is grand. However, I found the layout to have some wasted space in the internal passages. While the Kohler fittings and tiles are top-notch, I wish the carpet area was customizable.
