• Ravi Kale: The property is a great investment option, and it will generate definite return value and rental income due to its proximity to Lodha iThink and the Agra-Mumbai Highway.
• Ketaki Phadke: They told me the lobbies here are designed by Sussane Khan, I was very impressed by that. The big balconies are a plus, which I will get to wake up to beautiful views. I liked it very much.
• Upanya Garud: The project is designed to have many amenities. The sample flats give a fair idea of the actual flats in the making. The builder seems promising in terms of giving quality construction.
• Binod Eshwar Shelar: I liked visiting the sample apartment unit of Sheth Avalon. The wide range of amenities seemed exciting to explore.
• Ashwini Pathak: The connectivity seemed convenient, so we drove there to see the model flat . Nearby, there were many metro rails and bus stops in close proximity to Sheth Avalon. Overall, it is a good project, all basic requirements are within reach. The construction work is in progress for this project.
