• Shlok Dudhe: We moved here from a small place in Dadar, and honestly, there is so much space here. It doesn’t feel like you're stuck in a "concrete jungle" because there’s so much open space.
• Upendra Sharma: I attended a small party at the mini-theater within the project and was shocked with the facilities. The pool and eco-deck appear beautiful and finely suited to weekends. There are hospitals and shopping facilities within the region. There is good connectivity by road and traveling to meet daily needs does not require one to do a lot of planning before traveling.
• Satpal Niharkar: I particularly loved the fact that Sheth Montana is both luxurious and practical. It is spacious enough to house appliances in the kitchen and storage is well thought out. Meanwhile, it is considerate and has spaces where the seniors can relax. The next metro is supposed to make the travel better. All in all, it appears to be a nice place to live with family in the long term.
• Krishna Jain: We are looking at finding a larger house, and we visited numerous projects, but this was the most interesting. The master bedroom comfortably accommodates large furniture and the other area is the dining area that is also spacious. Children will play in the sports facilities and the open spaces. Close proximity to schools and business parks is a large plus to the working parent in need of comfort and convenience.
• Pankaj Mehra: My cousin recently transferred to this project, and I spent several days on it. The apartment is suitable and modern with a modular kitchen and nice flooring. The observation deck is ideal where one can rest in the evening hours. The society appears secure and well kept. The station of Mulund is not very distant and this is beneficial when commuting to office on a regular basis.
