• Charmi Kaur: The sample apartments are spacious enough, and multiple amenities are also available here. Travelling will be easy, as the project is close to the Eastern Express Highway.
• Omkar Jadhav: The project looks great, and the lifestyle is so premium. There are so many amenities. The construction quality is much better than what I’ve seen in the area.
• Anjali Iyer: I am a cancer doctor and work in Tata Memorial Hospital, which is 20 minutes away. My surgeries on patients occur at any time because they are irregular and cases of emergency may occur at any time. The 2BHK is near enough to access a hospital within a short time in case of an emergency. The complex has a good medical room. The jacuzzi and the swimming pool assist me to de-stress after emotional cancer incidences. I made a reservation with the sole consideration of the location of the hospital and management of work stress.
• Harish Mehta: I am an employee in a bank in Fort and the Eastern Freeway is within a distance of 8 minutes reducing my commute significantly. My previous apartment at Thane required 100 minutes of commute. Today Fort is accessible within 25 minutes all in all. The 4BHK provides adequate room to the family and a home office. The elderly community is desirable since my parents resettled under our roof. Squash and tennis courts are activities that keep me busy even after a desk job. I made a reservation with bank employee housing loans.
