• Deepa Ramesh: Location is honestly one of the strongest points. You are right off the Eastern Express Highway, and Chembur station is close. BKC and Lower Parel are manageable. With Metro Line 2B coming in, the commute situation is only going to get better from here.

• Deepa Shenoy: I've seen Dosti's older projects in this area, and they've held up well. The build quality here looks consistent with that. When a builder has already delivered in the same neighbourhood, it's much easier to trust the next one.
• Gaurav Tiwari: Site visits are a bit rough, as expected with under-construction projects. Dust and noise make it hard to fully picture the final thing. That said, the construction pace looks decent and the on-site team has been helpful.
• Tanvi Kulkarni: We specifically wanted a place where kids have space to play. The project has a dedicated play area and a sports court, and the open layout adds to that. Kids genuinely have something to look forward to.
