• Ashish Mahadik: Great and well-planned project near both Navi Mumbai and the International Airport. The project offers excellent 2 and 3 BHK options.
• Pranav Kasat: We’re moving to this location specifically to get away from the noise of the main road. I’m also looking forward to the sky-deck with a perfect view. Looking forward to move here.
• Aditya Nair: Bought using inheritance money so pressure was massive to get this right. Spent months researching Raymond's financials, legal history, past delivery record. Everything checked out clean. Wadala location means my parents can access places easily. Construction quality during site visits impressed me compared to other projects I saw. Price feels justified for what you get. Some floor plans could be better optimized but mine works fine. Banking on this being a safe long-term decision for family wealth.
• Kavita Mehta: Escaping joint family setup and Raymond Wadala became my ticket to independence. Budget was tight, couldn't afford ready possession in decent locality. Checked their previous projects in Thane, spoke to existing residents, feedback was reassuring. Construction timeline is crucial for me because one extra year with in-laws might actually break me. So far, they seem on track. Unit I booked gets good sunlight, ventilation is proper. Hoping possession happens as scheduled.
• Sunil Patil: Sold our Chembur flat to downsize here. At our age, buying an under-construction felt scary but Raymond's past projects gave confidence. Visited their Thane property, spoke to residents there, maintenance and build quality holding up well. This 2BHK layout is manageable for just two of us. Wadala has good hospitals nearby which matters now. Construction progress matches what they show in updates. Lift and corridor space seems adequate. Hoping they deliver on time so we can settle before we get any older.
