• Sonal Dedhia: One of the best things is no walls connecting with the neighbour’s flat. We have booked this and we will be moving in next month.
• Pallavi Kale: Usually, 2 BHKs in Thane feel cramped, but the layout here is very efficient. No long, useless passages. The fact that each tower has its own separate set of rooftop amenities means the pool and gym won't be overcrowded.
• Mahesh Chavan: The construction quality is top-notch. They used top-tier materials, agglomerated marble in the master bedroom and high-end fittings. The large lobby gives it a very 'South Mumbai' vibe. Amazing property.
• Yogesh Shah: The location is a big win for us. Podar International and Orchids are just minutes away. Having a 'Skyscape' gym and a dedicated kids' play area on the roof is a cool concept. My children are excited about the 'park in the sky'.
• Sagar Patil: I needed a proper space for my work-from-home setup, with good lighting. There are many spaces in the apartment for that, and also, there is minimal disturbance from outside.
