• Sheetal Pawar: The apartments are spacious, and the amenities are decent. Educational and healthcare services are within a reachable distance. Atal Setu Bridge is 15 to 20 minutes away, providing better connectivity. A good choice for investment in a prime location.
• Rajeev Kumar Bhatia: All the flats here are well planned as I am moving here with my whole joint family, and hospitals are within reachable distance. The locality also has some of the best schools and colleges.
• Varun Khanna: 5 bhk flats are really luxurious and well planned while utlising the area. Its so perfect to live with a joint family. The views from the windows are worth every penny. Fittings in the entire house is of premium quality which is amazing. I just hope leakage wont create a issue in the monsoon. Other than that i liked all the facilities.
• Abhijeet Rao: This project is located in the main part of south mumbai. The commercial hubs of the city are also nearby. It is a great place with an incredible view and locality around. The empty green space around the tower is so refreshing to have. I am going to live here with my parents.
• Pushkar Mohite: I'm buying a flat here only because of the location and amenities. It will be so easy to travel around the city from this point. Mumbai central railway station is within easy reach. Other essential things are also easily accessible from here. Also their power back up system is so helpful for people to work from home.
