• Suresh Yadav: The project is in a prime location, as the international airport is just half an hour away. The brochure also provides good details about the sundeck, which will offer scenic views.
• Sneha Tawde: Visited the site, and the sample flat layouts here are very spacious. Connectivity is the best part as the Eastern Express Highway and the Vikhroli station are very close.
• Jagdish Joshi: I travel for work to different Mumbai locations weekly. The Jogeshwari-Vikhroli Link Road 10 minutes connects Western suburbs. Eastern Express Highway 5 minutes for Navi Mumbai meetings. LBS Marg right there for the Eastern corridor. This multi-directional connectivity was deciding factor. The senior citizen zone is good because my parents will move in with us. Booked 3BHK last quarter thinking about work travel convenience completely.
• Ishit Puri: Our children settled in USA and grandkids visit twice yearly. The 4.5BHK at 2599 sq ft gives everyone comfortable space when they come. The kids pool is perfect for our 5 and 8 year old grandchildren. Don Bosco School nearby if we ever need to enroll them temporarily. The clubhouse indoor games keep them entertained. Airport is 45 minutes makes their arrival departure easy. Booked using retirement corpus.
• Krishna Jethlani: I love nature and the Powai Lake and Thane Creek Flamingo Sanctuary being nearby was main attraction. The 75% open green spaces inside the project also. The viewing deck from apartment is very great, greenery views daily. The multipurpose lawn is good for my morning walks. Vikhroli SOCIAL and Bombay Island Coffee nearby for my every weekend cafe visits. Booked 4BHK thinking about peaceful natural surroundings mainly.
