• Reema Sengupta: My company was migrating me from the Nashik location to Thane, and I immediately had to find a house. Luckily, the flats by Neelkanth were ready to move into, which was the best thing. Also, Thane is a bit crowded during peak hours, but kudos to the local traffic police, who resolve it quickly.
• Gaurav Apte: I have heard that the building is RCC-framed, which means I don’t have to worry about erosion or whether the construction will become outdated. It will stay strong even after years and help me earn good resale value.
• Sunaina More: I love the greenery inside the campus. Even though we are near a busy junction, the internal gardens and walking tracks are very peaceful. The clubhouse and gym are top-notch and never feel too crowded.
• Ram Jadhav: The connectivity is the biggest highlight. I work in BKC, and having the Eastern Express Highway just a minute away is a blessing. The apartments are much more spacious. It's rare to find such property in a city like Mumbai.
