• Kiran P: I visited the location and the facilities list is amazing. Multiple high-speed lifts, advanced parking zone, power backup, etc., will save so much time and provide a convenient lifestyle. Waiting for it to complete before time.
• Piya Kulkarni: I was impressed by the amount of open space. Unlike other crowded projects in Thane, the 5-acre central landscape will make it really spacious. The clubhouse plan is huge and next-level.
• Aniket D: The location is unbelievable. Living right next to Singhania school will be a blessing for my kids. The view from the 40th floor towards Yeoor Hills will be therapeutic after a long day at work. Eagerly waiting for it.
• Sahil Apte: Raymond has really delivered on their promise. I moved into Ten X Habitat recently, and the smart layout of the flat makes a 2 BHK feel much larger. The proximity to Lake Shore Mall is a huge plus.
• Hansa Gupte: A premium experience from start to finish. The Roman-themed architecture of the building is a class apart. It’s easily the most luxurious project on Pokhran Road right now. Investing here will offer good return value.
