• Vishal T: The scale of the clubhouse planning is what sold me. It’s hard to find this much dedicated amenity space in Thane West. Unlike other crowded projects, the 5-acre central landscape will make the whole area feel incredibly open and breathable.
• Sheela Rathod: Living so close to Singhania School will be a game-changer for my daily routine. The layout of the 4 BHK sample flat is very intelligent, no wasted space and plenty of natural light. The views of the Yeoor Hills from the higher floors will simply be therapeutic.
• Rahul Kale: I've seen the quality at Ten X, but 'The Address' is clearly a step up. The Roman-inspired aesthetic and the massive towers will look stunning. It is a landmark project that will define the skyline of Pokhran Road for years to come.
